About the Board of Directors
Valley Academy, Inc. is a privately-held non-profit organization. The Board is a group of dedicated volunteers who have assumed responsibility for the organization. The Board sets school policy, oversees operations including financial and legal compliance, and acts as the final step in the due process procedure.
We appreciate the dedication of this group of volunteers.
