Reid Traditional Schools has a proven record of academic and
extracurricular achievement.  We are proud of the recent

Valley Academy has received the highest label given by the Arizona Department of Education every year that the program has been in effect.

• Sports Achievements

Valley Academy is a strong contender in the IYAC conference.  In addition to being 2011 League Champions for Football, Volleyball, and Girls’ Basketball, Valley holds multiple years of championship status in both volleyball and softball.

• Achievements in Art

The Phoenix Art Museum’s Wolfswinkle Education Center hosted a Student Art Exhibition of Valley Academy students’ work in the winter of 2011.  Valley students also won 16 Ribbons in the 2011 Arizona State Fair Student Art Competition.
